Hearts by
Courtney Walsh turned out to be just as cute as I assumed it would be by
looking at its cover. With its small-town (romance-oriented) atmosphere and
meddlesome yet well-meaning matchmakers, this book couldn’t help but deliver a
cute, heartfelt story and I loved reading every page. Walsh’s cast of
characters is quirky, fun and real, the situations they encounter cause
interesting interactions and curious complications, and the lessons they learn,
caught between the past and the future, amidst it all are encouraging and
heartwarming. Overall, Paper Hearts is a wonderful and delightful read
(especially with Valentine’s Day approached), and I wouldn’t hesitate to
recommend it to fans of contemporary fiction.
