Just from looking at the cover of this second Bartolini Legacy book, it is easy to assume it would be an adorable romance—and of course, that’s exactly what I got when I read it.
The search for her biological family takes Gia Bartolini to the Italian island of Lapri, where she encounters a puppy in trouble and the serious CEO Riccardo Moretti. Their story continues predictably from there—but nevertheless, it is a lot of fun!
The CEO, the Puppy and Me is a delightful, escapist read from Jennifer Faye. If you will not be travelling far this summer, why not go on an Italian adventure with Gia and Ric? I enjoyed getting to know the pair as they uncovered family and love, and I look forward to continuing the series in The Italian’s Unexpected Heir.
