MY REVIEW

In the society of MarcyKate Connolly’s Twin Daggers, the Romeo-and-Juliet type feud centers on the Magi and the Technocrats. Twins Aissa and Zandria work as Technocrat apprentices, hiding their true loyalties as Magi spies. However, a new dangerous mission has the potential to turn everything upside-down.

I enjoyed Twin Daggers. It was fun to see how Connolly plays with Shakespeare’s classic, rooting it in an imaginative fantasy world. The action, adventure, and of course, romance kept me reading and left me satisfied in the end. It is an entertaining YA fantasy, and I think fans of the genre could easily enjoy it, like I did.
