i always get excited about the arranged marriage trope... but a regency setting (in both england and india), complicated family dynamics, a few secrets, scandal, and faith, too, the light of stars proves to a delightful read all-around.
kitty grenville's in london for the season, and her interests lie far more in the stars than with her betrothed, sebastain sinclair. of course, there is more to him than his rakish persona though. amidst season happenings (and some notable historical references, too), it's so enjoyable to see them get to know one another and see how their romance plays out.
it's easy to recommend to other historical-romance readers.
