Another great historical romance in Crystal Caudill's Hidden Hearts of the Gilded Age series!
Gwendolyn Ellison has devoted her life to serving the Final Chance House of Refuge and the children it protects. However, when it seems like someone may be taking advantage of Final Chance for nefarious purposes, Secret Service operative Josiah Isaacs comes into her life to thwart the danger—but she just might lose her heart in the process.
As Gwendolyn and Josiah face the challenges before them, Counterfeit Faith proves to be a story full of historical detail, charming romance, sneaky suspense, and uplifting faith. It is a delightful read from beginning to end, and I am so glad to have returned to this series for this new addition. Historical-romance readers are sure to enjoy every page!
