ready to spend christmas on a texas ranch?
reggie's starting a ranch with his siblings, like they've dreamed of doing for years, but actually getting started is proving a little more difficult than anticipated. pregnant, divorced, and outcasted, natalie patterson's willing to help find ways to bring in the startup cash they need in exchange for an opportunity to start over. can the challenges before them also give them the peace they've both been looking for?
the mistletoe baby is a sweet contemporary romance. it's not super christmassy (so it's perfectly fine to read now even if you're not completely ready for holiday readings), but it's got some nice small-town charm and set up the series well with side characters. i appreciated that reggie and natalie didn't have it all figured out from the start and had to pivot a couple times to practically raise the money needed for the ranch (which helped to highlight the hopeful theme of trusting God).
all in all, it's a solid romance read—and a nice way to easy into some christmas reading.
