Happy Tuesday!
I made a long list of Christmas reads in July, but of course, I have many others I'd love to read, too. I'm loving getting in all the holiday books.
An Amish Christmas Bakery by Amy Clipston, Beth Wiseman, Kathleen Fuller & Kelly Irvin
"From bestselling authors in the Amish genre come four delicious stories perfect for celebrating love, joy, and the holiday season."
Christmas By Accident by Camron Wright
"Carter is an insurance adjuster whose longing for creative expression spills over sometimes into his accident reports. Abby works for her adoptive father, Uncle Mannie, in the family bookstore, the ReadMore Café. Carter barely tolerates Christmas; Abby loves it. She can't wait past October to build her favorite display, the annual Christmas book tree stack, which Carter despises."
A Christmas Haven by Cindy Woodsmall & Erin Woodsmall
"Old Order Amish Ivy Zook is wrestling with her need to shed her community's ways so she can grow the business of her dreams: planning parties. As long as she's stuck living without modernization, she can barely get her business on its feet. But if she leaves too soon, she'd cause trouble for her sister, Holly, who is planning her wedding to Joshua Smucker. All of their plans become twice as complicated when an old car crashes into the storefront of Greene's Pharmacy, carrying a Swartzentruber (ultra-conservative sect) Amish man, Arlan, and his very ill sister."
Christmas in Vermont by Anita Hughes
"Emma can't believe her luck when she finds an open pawn shop on Christmas Eve in Manhattan. She's there to sell the beautiful bracelet her ex-boyfriend gave her when a familiar looking watch catches her eye. It's the same engraved watch she gave her college boyfriend, Fletcher, years ago. On a whim, she trades the bracelet for the watch and wonders at the timing."
Coming Home for Christmas by Jenny Hale
"Allie Richfield loves Christmas, so when she lands a job as House Manager for the amazing Ashford Estate—which includes organizing the Marley family festivities—she is in her element. With a budget bigger than her life savings and a team of staff, how hard can it be?"
Like a Winter Snow by Lindsay Harrel
"But life throws a curveball when she has to leave her parents temporarily to travel to Cornwall, England, for the Christmas-time wedding of her best friend. While there, Joy helps Sophia tackle her last-minute to-do list, and in the process, finally meets a man who turns her head—and her heart. The only problem? He lives in snowy London, and her life is with her parents back in sunny Florida."
Love on the Lifts by Rachel Hawthorne
"Winter Break super-secret perfect cocoa recipe:
8 oz steamed whole milk
(no skim! doesn't work!)
2 tbsp. dark cocoa powder (big scoops)

Once Upon a Dickens Christmas by Michelle Griep
"Pour yourself a cuppa, get lost in the merriment of the season, and enjoy a Dickensian Christmas in three stories from fan favorite Michelle Griep."
The Perfect Christmas by Debbie Macomber
"Claiming he has her perfect mate in mind, Simon assigns her three tasks to complete before she meets this paragon. Three tasks that are all about Christmas: being a charity bell-ringer, dressing up as Santa's elf at a mall and preparing a traditional turkey dinner for her neighbors (most of whom she happens to dislike). Despite a number of comical mishaps, Cassie does it all—and then she's finally ready to meet her match."
The Perfect Christmas by Bell Renshaw
"Set on a course for ultimate Christmas joy, Ansley and Beau find that life doesn’t always work out the way they hope it will. Beau faces the reality that plans can’t account for everything and Ansley will have to come to the realization that no matter how perfect things are, it’s the imperfections in life that make it worth living."
The Perfect Love Song by Patti Callahan Henry
"Just in time for Christmas, escape with a perfect love song, a perfect love story, and a perfect dose of holiday magic."
Royally Yours by Melissa Tagg, Betsy St. Amant, Liz Johnson & Ashley Clark
"Tinsel, Vermont is known for its no-paparazzi policy and Christmas decorations that are fit for a queen. This holiday season, join four royals on a stroll through town square as they each find their Christmas wishes for a happily-ever-after...tiaras optional."
Starlight by Debbie Macomber
"At a magical Christmas fete, Karen McAlister meets a man she cannot ignore—the first man to interest her in a long while. Before she laid eyes on Rand Prescott, Karen would have said her life was complete and content . . . much to the dismay of her widowed father, who would love to see her married and settled. But everything changed that enchanted night: The stars, the moonlight, the music, and the champagne all conspired to throw two people together. But the fates are determined to pull them apart."
An Unforgettable Christmas by Ginny Baird
"He doesn't remember his past, but could she have a future with him?"
We Met in December by Rosie Curtis
"Twenty-nine-year-old Jess is following her dream and moving to London. It’s December, and she’s taking a room in a crumbling, but grand, Notting Hill house-share with four virtual strangers. On her first night, Jess meets Alex, the guy sharing her floor, at a Christmas dinner hosted by her landlord. They don’t kiss, but as far as Jess is concerned the connection is clear. She starts planning how they will knock down the wall between them to spend more time together."
The Wedding Dress Christmas
"December comes to quaint Hearts Bend, Tennessee, with a blanket of white and the glitter of Christmas lights."
