The second in the Music of Hope series by Liz Tolsma, When the Heart Sings is a perfect choice for readers who enjoy historical fiction, especially when it takes place during World War II. The story delves into the experience of Polish Christians, Natia and Teodor. The couple is immensely likeable, and their experience throughout the book tugged at my heartstrings. From start to finish, it is emotionally captivating, a page-turner that does not disappoint. I recommend it.
