It's that time of year, full of dread and excitement, again: Summer is ending, school is starting. Personally, I'd much rather read about school than actually go to school (alas, that can't be helped right now). With all their drama, school stories can be a lot of fun to read—especially when set outside the halls of a traditional school, as the following books are.
